Returns Policy
At Eshra, each item is made to order with care and attention to detail. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is defective or incorrect.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with the following details:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item showing the defect or error
We will review your request and, if eligible, arrange a replacement or refund.
Important Notes:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition to qualify for a return.
